Our CEO, Isabelle Coleman, has numerous years of direct working experience within top-management in both large multi-national conglomerates (Levis Strauss and Co) as well as local Scandinavian corporations (Åhléns and COOP Forum) not to mention years as a Recruiting Consultant at one of the world’s oldest and well established recruiting firms (Boyden International) which has laid the ground work for CIP, where our core values are leadership, performance management, quality and performance.

CIP started as a freelance partner linked to the world’s oldest New York-based headhunting firm with offices worldwide, Boyden International. Gradually the business has evolved and is now a self-sufficient, respected company with numerous employees and a portfolio focused on four main areas:

CIP has its main office in Stockholm and three sales offices in the USA. All consultants have experience from senior positions in medium to large companies. Foremost in the multinational retail, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), medical, industrial and insurance.
