Isabelle Coleman is a CIP global executive search Head-hunter and Leadership Assessment Consultant. Prior to CIP she worked as a partner at the head-hunting company Boyden International AB, head-quartered in New York City and maintains offices in 80 countries. Isabelle has collectively worked in both Fashion and FMCG Retail for over twenty years and has held both Manager and CEO positions. She has worked as a Head-hunter / Recruitment Consultant since 2000. Isabelle’s last retail leadership role was at Coop Norden AB as the EVP / CEO of Coop Forum. Isabelle was responsible for approximately 6,000 employees and annual sales of 20 billion SEK.

Isabelle Coleman’s career began as a trainee at Åhléns and was quickly promoted to Division Manager. During her time as a Division Manager Isabelle completed her British executive MBA, Master of Business Administration in London. During her time at Åhléns she worked in both Sales and Purchasing in positions roles as Controller, Sales Manager, Division Manager and Head of purchasing. Next Levi Strauss & Co. recruited Isabelle as retail expert to organize and run a well-functioning franchise organization in Scandinavia. She worked for more than four years of Levi’s as Country Manager, Sweden for Levi Strauss Sweden and Retail Manager for Levi Strauss Scandinavia. Over the years, Isabelle has been nominated for the “future leaders” award as well as won awards for “best management” in the Swedish media and press. Isabelle has board experience from dozens of companies and has voluntarily worked as a consultant to help organizations such as Stockholms Stadsmission and Barnmissionen.

With a BSc of Education, University of Nebraska a Diploma in Advertising Photography, Rhode Island University, Shawn is an International Recruitment Consultant and English teacher at CIP global executive search. Shawn has ten years of leadership experience from the insurance industry in international insurance, individual life insurance, accident insurance and group disability insurance at the American corporations Unum and Mutual of Omaha. In addition Shawn has twenty years of experience in professional photography as CEO, owner and photographer in his own private companies Coleman Photography and The Film Place.

With a combined work experience of fifteen years in retail and later the medical and health industries, Angela is a Recruitment Consultant and Researcher for CIP global executive search. Prior to joining the CIP team Angela was a Recruitment Consultant and Researcher for RS Medical Group Nebraska. Angela has also held Managerial, Consulting and Sales positions at major retailers such as Sears and JC Penny in departments such as Design and Visual Merchandising. Angela holds a BSc of Art, University of Nebraska.

Today Katarina Hallén is the CFO at CIP global executive search. Previously, Katarina’s entire career has involved finance in a variety of Swedish and international companies in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, service and even IT. She has a financial education and has exclusively worked in a full range of roles including Controller, Accounting Manager and CFO over the past fifteen years.

Åza Dalberg is one of the Researchers at the CIP global executive search. She has an MBA with specialization in Marketing and Tourism. Åza has also had course work in Social Work and Management at Stockholm University, and is a Certified Personnel Administrator via Business Institute. Åza has also worked as a Controller in the Banking and Manufacturing industries.
