CIP’s service “Search” gives you a solid start in your own recruitment process. The service includes a search in relevant channels and networks, as well as an initial contact with suitable candidates to confirm their interest in role. At this point, the customer takes over and finishes the process on their own.
This service can be customized to the customer’s needs by adding second opinions, in-depth interviews, tests and reference taking.
The process:
- Start-up meeting and needs analysis.
- CIP searches the relevant channels (database, LinkedIn, network) to find the best profiles for the assignment.
- The request for interest is sent to relevant candidates.
- The customer receives a list of the 5 most suitable candidates who have shown interest in the current position.
- The customer takes the process further.
