The Outplacement process:
- We begin by reviewing your CV and conducting a comprehensive profile analysis to understand your strengths, experience, and career aspirations.

- We review your target company list and segment cover letters according to market segments and categories of organizations, ensuring a strategic and focused approach.
- We evaluate submitted applications and feedback received. If needed, we refine the company list, CV, and cover letters. We also prepare for additional applications and provide guidance on interview techniques.
- We continue to review applications, responses, and ongoing progress. Adjustments to the company list, CV, and cover letters are made as needed, along with further interview preparation and strategy for upcoming opportunities.
- We review applications and responses once more, finalize materials and strategy, and ensure you are fully prepared for interviews and future career steps.
