Start-up meeting

The first step is always to understand our customer’s needs, business and strategic goals. Based on that information, we can find candidates that fully match your business’s needs. After the start-up meeting, a company and role description is created.

Search

We use carefully chosen local, national and/or international databases in combination with CIP’s own network for maximum reach. Two full weeks are dedicated to your search.

03.

Interviews

A senior consultant conducts interviews by using competence-based interview questions. This means that emphasis is put on the specific requirements and competencies needed to succeed in the intended role.

04.

Top 5

Five weeks into the assignment, Top 5 is presented. These are the best candidates on the market and the customer decides which candidates they want to meet to conduct their own interviews.

05.

Customer interview

The customer interviews selected candidates, if desired, the interviews can be conducted at CIP’s office and our consultant can attend the interviews.

06.

Quality control & contract

The final candidate undergoes a personality and competence test, and CIP takes references from at least three sources. With good test results and good references, you will then be ready to sign a contract.
